Nicole is a lifesaver. I spent 4 days in complete agony before I made a same day appointment. I thought I had slipped a disc and I could barely get out of bed or put shorts on without extreme pain. Within minutes Nicole diagnosed it as a back strain and deployed some targeted massage and then taught me 3 stretches to do. We went through the stretch routines and when we finished I could bend over and touch my toes with minimal pain. The difference an hour can make is incredible. The place was spotless, professional, and they should be proud of the work they are doing.

Renzo solved my mild knee pain in an hour while visiting Manila, where I did not get immediate relief from overseas therapists. I had mild knee pain and stiffness from a new gym routine. Renzo did manual soft tissue massages and stretches to rule out knee damage and loosen the tissues around the knee. He then explained what stretches to do regularly and what muscles to condition to support a gym routine. Solved in one session, no need to go back. Unlike high tech overseas therapy, simple manual therapy in Manila can be far more effective.
